Upon signing-up for the event, the participant and any other committee volunteers in service of ECU’92 give permission to publish these promotional images and/or videos. This material will be published only after careful examination. ECU’92 holds the right to remove any photos/videos published. ECU’92 will store and fully use this data for the duration of your membership. After you are no longer a member of ECU’92, we only store and use your data for internal administration, or for sending out alumni emails and information.
