Promotional material
ECU’92 is permitted to take and publish photos and/or videos of the events organised by ECU’92. Upon signing-up for the event, the participant and any other committee volunteers in service of ECU’92 give permission to publish these promotional images and/or videos. This material will be published only after careful examination. ECU’92 holds the right to remove any photos/videos published. Any person depicted in the photos and/or videos has the right to request the removal of the aforementioned published material by contacting secretary@ecu92.nl.
Length of Storage
ECU’92 will store and fully use this data for the duration of your membership. After you are no longer a member of ECU’92, we only store and use your data for internal administration, or for sending out alumni emails and information. If you wish to correct or revoke your data (either during or after your membership or after your membership has ended), you can send an email at any time to info@ecu92.nl to contact the ECU’92 Board.
