Are you passionate about the latest technological innovations? Interested in exploring opportunities that will help you kick-start your career in the field of technology? Looking to broaden your knowledge and your network at one of the most relevant companies in the world? Then Accenture is the perfect fit for you!

Innovation, technology and IT are everywhere around you, and you know that there’s where your future lies. But you graduated with a non-IT Bachelor’s or Master’s diploma. So, now what? To give you an opportunity to launch a promising career in technology, we have created the exclusive Young Talent Tech Program – an easy to follow introduction to the world of tech, with IT masterclasses and more.

What will you learn?

The YTTP program is designed in a three-weekly approach that focuses with the goal of aiding your personal development, while gaining the tech-knowledge you will need in future jobs. You will also be introduced to the working culture and everything there is to know about Accenture and Accenture Technology.

What skills/knowledge area will you acquire?

  • In our Technology Core analyst School you will learn all the basics of becoming a Technology Consultant
  • You will learn presentation skills, receive communication training and design thinking workshops
  • You will be given a real project and receive coaching and training along the way

Students or recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in technology at Accenture. Additionally, you will boost your network and get to know our company.

  • (recently) Graduated Bachelor or Master students
  • Less than 3 years of working experience
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • IT background is a plus

When & Where

Our information day will be held on February 11th and the next edition will take place in April 1st 2021. The application deadline is Friday February 19th 2021. If you are selected for this program, there will be two virtual selection days on Friday February 26th 2021 and Friday March 5th 2021 in the afternoon.
