We are looking for recent university graduates who are eager to develop on a personal and professional level and who have what it takes to potentially move up to a senior management position at Rabobank. Rabo Global Traineeship gives you the opportunity to become acquainted with all different parts of the banking business. In just one year you complete a programme that has been tailored especially for you. You will focus on a total of three or four projects, in both the Netherlands or abroad: two three-month projects and one six-month project or four three-month projects. In that way you will be enabled to really get to know Rabobank, the financial world and your own ambitions and qualities.
We believe it is important for you to discover where your talents lie and what suits you. Together with other trainees you will focus on both personal and professional development. The traineeship will include a number of courses. Moreover you will be coached by a young talent manager, a mentor, a supervisor and external coaches. You will also be assisted by a buddy who will help you find your way at Rabobank.
After completing Rabo Global Traineeship, a world of opportunities – that are in line with your wishes – will be opened. You will be able to take challenging next steps. A few examples of these opportunities include: working as an analyst on complex corporate finance deals, a project management position within our InnoHub and a position as relationship manager or risk analyst.

(Almost) hold a master’s degree and have a maximum of one year of work experience
Have a broad range of interests
Have demonstrable affinity with the banking industry
Have achieved personal development alongside your studies by, for example, running your own business, gaining international experience, doing internships and/or playing top sports
You have an excellent written and spoken command of Dutch or English (level C1 / C2)
At least a grade of 7 in the Dutch higher education system or minimal GPA of 3.0
