Orientation Week – Bachelor
Bachelor Orientation will take place from the 5th to the 7th of September. Students will participate in the wide range of activities, such as Science Park tour, Committee Market, canoeing, party and more.

Please note: The Dinner activity is available for a fee of €10.

Please note: For the Olympos & Vagant activties, signing up is required (no fee). All the sports activities take place at sports Center Olympos. Non-sports activities take place at De Vagant.

Orientation Week – Master
Master Orientation will take place on the 5th of September. For the incoming master students we prepared the following activities: canoeing, Committee Market, dinner and drinks.

Master Orientation will take place on the 5th of September. Master students will be divided into two shifts, according to their master programmes.

Please note: For the Canoeing activity, signing up is NOT required. If you want to take part in the activity, please come to this location at the time specified for your shift. Our coaches will be there to help you. The spots are limited!

Orientation Weekend will take place from the 8th to the 10th of September. All the first-year Bachelor and incoming Master students are invited to join the weekend full of activities in Buitengoed de Panoven.

Orientation Weekend will take place from the 8th to the 10th of September. All the first-year Bachelor and incoming Master students are invited to join the weekend full of activities in Buitengoed de Panoven.
During Orientation Weekend, you will take part in bonding activities with your fellow students. It is an amazing occasion to make friends, get to know our Study Association ECU’92 and its members, and create unforgettable memories just at the beginning of the academic year!
At 15:00, on Friday the 8th of September, we will depart from the centre of Utrecht to Zevenaar, a city located in the eastern Netherlands, to spend the weekend at Buitengoed de Panoven.
We will go back from Zevenaar to Utrecht on Sunday, the 10th of September. The arrival is estimated to be at 12:30.

– Accommodation at Buitengoed de Panoven
– Transportation by bus
– Meals for the entire stay.
