Junior Financial Controller
Create an impact by actively thinking along with management? As a Junior Financial Controller, you will help management gain insight into all aspects of financial management by drawing up financial reports, investment analyses, cost calculations, balance sheets, and the profit and loss account.
What exactly do you do?
Independently draw up annual accounts that comply with set legislation and regulations. Monitoring cash flow, liquidity and drawing up KPIs are also part of your work. As a Financial Controller, you give management insight into the figures and you can also contribute to the realisation of improvement actions with regard to processes and procedures. In this role, you answer questions and requests for information from various stakeholders. In short, together with your colleagues, you ensure that the financial administration is carried out in a timely, complete, up-to-date and correct manner. Completeness, correctness and clarity are always central to you!
In this position, you will gain experience in a broad role in which you will gain a great deal of insight into how the organisation works. By means of your analyses, you advise the management with suggestions for improvement. A lot of innovation and automation takes place in many control departments. In this way you can develop yourself into a financial process specialist, business controller or financial reporting specialist.
