Ordering in 6 steps

  1. Go to the webshop by clicking here.
  2. In the drop-down menu, select ‘ECU’92’ and below that the program, year and period you are ordering for. Now press ‘Select your books’. If your course is not in the list, then there is no book required. Check the Utrecht University Course Catalogue to be sure.
  3. If you have already purchased your membership directly through ECU’92, tick the box for ‘I am a member of this association’. If you are not yet a member, then subscribe via our website first. Please note that only members receive the discounts. If the form is not filled in truthfully, ECU’92 has permission to charge the given discount.
  4. Now select the books you want to order.
  5. Log in with an existing webshop account or create a new one. Make sure to activate your account via the confirmation email which you receive after registering. Make sure you fill in your Dutch address (if you don’t have one yet, fill in our address)! Take note that an ECU’92 account is not the same as a Booksale Account for the webshop. So the first time that you are ordering your books at www.ecu92.nl you always have to make a new account with the same email-adress!
  6. Fill out all the required fields, select your payment method and pay your books. (If you do not have an IBAN number then fill in this non-existing one: NL92ECU0123456789)
  7. New students can pick up their books during the introduction week. Others can do so on the Thursday and Friday of their first week.
  8. For period 1 of 2019-2020 the book sale opens 16th of August and closes the 25th of August at 23:59
